Management is the process of regulating resources as per needs.It has three aspects in it namely controlling , regulating and distributing. Engineering also has the same processes namely control, regulate and distribute in it, except that, management implies – ‘ utilization of resources ‘ where as in engineering the emphasize is for ‘creating things ‘.
