To begin with what is a ‘search module ‘?

It is what one expresses on key board or a screen in words or  pictures.A couple of that expressions make apattern. That is called  ‘search module’.

Whatever may be the coding of search engines , it can be similar to phenomenon.

From a psycho perspective every phenomenon can be brought under a category.

For a computer ultimately everything is nothing but 0 or 1

Similarly in psychoanalysis of any phenomenon everything can be conceptually classified into two to five to ten or twenty categories.So a search module is nothing but a thinking engine with a couple of emotional expressions in words in pictures as its outputs at a given time.

So it will be a big area for future research and development.to understand what was that thought process  that  driven that thinking engine  which produced  that ‘search module’.

Democracy is as slow as an elephant in its pace of movements. But as sure as an Elephant to reach her temple of mission. But an Elephant is as good as her master make her to be.If the master become a drunkard and abusive as happened recently in Kerala, even the noblest Elephant may react wildly.But that is the price of democracy all democratic nations pay for.Nothing is fool proof in living process.Everything evolves but democracy always move upwards for sure. One drunkard can anger only one Elephant not all Elephants.

Life is a continuous process both for a nation and an individual.Each step an individual or a nation takes defines whether the process of living is progressive or moving one step closer to her vision.My psychoanalysis of RTE shows that It is progressive in essence. From an evolutionary perspective RTE is a byproduct of Indian constitutional vision.In “Learning without burden ” Prof. Yesh Pal insisted that learning should take place in context.So RTE also should be analysed in contexts.

Now how should we analyse RTE or in what context we should analyse RTE ? Should we analyse RTE at Micro level or Macro level, At process level or system level? from past to present level or from present to future level ? Should we look at RTE from the perspective of a child labour who has never been to school or a unborn girl child who will get the opportunity to be born to go to school or a poor parent’s perspective who has the will to send their children to school but unable to do so for existential problems or a city born girl who wants to get into IITs. Sociological elements of RTE are so complex that we have innumerable aspects to contextualise.

For science perspective RTE is like Hydrogen(H).It has only one electron.In RTE that electron can be called Right To Education(RTE). Both can not stand on its own.To stand on its functional form H has to become H2O.In my analogy H was the process first but could not exist without a system. H2 became the system by integrating with O2.In a way we can say that O2 is the process and a new baby was born called H2O. H is so lucky that O2 is in plenty in nature. So H2O and its family encompasses nearly 70 % of atmosphere.It demonstrates that by nature things are progressive and nature is noble in her intentions.Then What can be the best form for RTE ?.

A thing is known for its use.RTE is the better use of Indian democracy if not the best. A process is known for its objective. The objective of RTE is get closer to constitution vision of education.A process takes place in a system. A good system facilitates a good process.Nature is the best system that facilitates natural formation of H2O.

RTE is like H has only one electron. Its potential is embedded with NCF-2005. So the new equation can be called “RTE2NCF-2005″. Where RTE is a constitutional process has no great significance as single electron of H can not contribute anything on its own.But when RTE is mixed with NCF-2005, it became a lethal combination of social equity. The new baby may be called “RTE2NCF-2005″ or Oxygised Indian Children. But RTE is not as lucky as H for O was in plenty in air whereas NCF-2005 is still not available in many parts of India.

Prof. Yesh Pal answered “The Discovered Questions” published by NCERT, where he has romanticised atomic and nuclear concepts. Similarly NCF-2005 should be also romanticised to local languages for that is the only way RTE can become RTE2NCF-2005.

In today’s “Hindu” newspaper, Surendran has given a realistic picture of Right To Education Bill(RTE).Two poles apart. One pole RTE and the other NCF-2005. The success lies in all Indians taking up the responsibility in integrating them.In final analysis RTE2NCF-2005  is an empowering system, process and a tool to facilitate providing opportunities to children to  manage their own learning process in ambiance of innocence and collaboration.
